About Margo
Dedicated personal trainer specializing in helping busy professionals transform their lives with sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies tailored to their unique needs.

My Journey
Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of combining my passion, education, and personal experience to help others build healthier, stronger lives.
In 2019, I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics, and from the very beginning, my mission has been to empower others to feel confident and strong in their own skin.
Growing up in a small Saskatchewan farming community, I often felt out of place for loving sports and strength training. I struggled with body dysmorphia and disordered eating, leaving me unsure of how to care for my body. That journey shaped my purpose: to help others overcome similar challenges.
Since beginning my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals ranging from 5 to 85 years old—athletes, cancer patients, and so many incredible people in between. Each client has been part of my journey, continuously reminding me why I love what I do.
I know how hard it is to believe in yourself when you feel uncomfortable in your own skin. I’ve been there. But I’m living proof that transformation is possible. I’ve fought those same battles, and I’ve come out stronger.
I want to make the journey easier for you. I’ve spent years figuring out what actually works, and I’m here to help you take the shortcuts I didn’t have.
